In the year 2023, Ferentino Design embarked on a significant endeavor by creating their first ranch Farmhouse custom home entirely from scratch. Each aspect of the project received careful attention, starting from the initial grading and concrete work to the detailed processes of framing, siding, brickwork, roofing, and landscaping. The interior design was equally important, showcasing custom trim, cabinets, countertops, lavish bathrooms, exposed beam ceilings, specialized closets and pantry, elegant flooring, and thoughtfully chosen paint hues.
