  I had a fantastic experience working with Ferentino Design & Build -Danny and his team. From the start, I came to him with renderings I created myself of how I wanted my space to look. I was so impressed that they were able to take my designs and bring them to life exactly as I envisioned.

The quality of Ferentino Design & Build  work was excellent, and if there was ever anything I wasn’t 100% happy with, they came back and fixed it without hesitation. Danny himself was a pleasure to work with—he’s honest, reasonable, and truly stands behind his work. That integrity was the most important thing to me.

I got multiple quotes from other contractors before choosing Ferentino Design & Build. I noticed that many of them would try to scale down the amount of work they offered to fit my budget, but Danny was different. With Ferentino Design & Build ,I was able to accomplish all of the projects I needed—and even add a few extra touches—while still staying within my original budget.

For example, we transformed my kitchen and expanded into the garage to create a new pantry and entryway. I’ll be sharing before-and-after photos to show how incredible the transformation has been. I loved that I could bring my own design ideas to the table and that Danny’s team was able to execute them so well. For example, my floors are beautiful. I love what a great job the  floor guy did-  the attention to detail and the color I wanted is spot on .

  Danny and his crew are the best! Highly recommend him. He came in to finish our basement, and am so pleased and happy with the results. The finishes were impeccable.   Danny and his crew did very good work from closing in our patio consisting of walls , windows a door ,painting and ceramic tile to building a fire place with custom mantle ad tile all work was top quality at no time were any short cuts taken I highly reccomend Forintino Design

Remodeling Permits in Braselton

Braselton is spread across four counties: Jackson, Gwinnett, Hall and Barrow. For any home inside town limits, the Town of Braselton Planning and Development Department issues the building permit, whichever county the house sits in. The town’s residential requirements list interior alterations and basement finishes as permitted work, and electrical, plumbing, gas and mechanical work each need their own trade permit. In Braselton’s planned communities, exterior changes also need HOA or developer architectural approval, while interior renovations are exempt from that step. Homes with a Braselton mailing address outside town limits are permitted by their county instead.

My Braselton home is in the Hall County (or Gwinnett County) part of town. Who issues the permit?

The Town of Braselton issues building permits for every home inside town limits, whichever of the four counties it’s in. If your home has a Braselton address but sits outside town limits, the permit comes from your county instead.

Do I need HOA approval to remodel in Chateau Elan or Mulberry Park?

Under the town’s rules, exterior changes in its planned communities need HOA or developer architectural approval. Interior alterations and renovations are exempt from that requirement.
