  I had a fantastic experience working with Ferentino Design & Build -Danny and his team. From the start, I came to him with renderings I created myself of how I wanted my space to look. I was so impressed that they were able to take my designs and bring them to life exactly as I envisioned.

The quality of Ferentino Design & Build  work was excellent, and if there was ever anything I wasn’t 100% happy with, they came back and fixed it without hesitation. Danny himself was a pleasure to work with—he’s honest, reasonable, and truly stands behind his work. That integrity was the most important thing to me.

I got multiple quotes from other contractors before choosing Ferentino Design & Build. I noticed that many of them would try to scale down the amount of work they offered to fit my budget, but Danny was different. With Ferentino Design & Build ,I was able to accomplish all of the projects I needed—and even add a few extra touches—while still staying within my original budget.

For example, we transformed my kitchen and expanded into the garage to create a new pantry and entryway. I’ll be sharing before-and-after photos to show how incredible the transformation has been. I loved that I could bring my own design ideas to the table and that Danny’s team was able to execute them so well. For example, my floors are beautiful. I love what a great job the  floor guy did-  the attention to detail and the color I wanted is spot on .

  Danny and his crew are the best! Highly recommend him. He came in to finish our basement, and am so pleased and happy with the results. The finishes were impeccable.   Danny and his crew did very good work from closing in our patio consisting of walls , windows a door ,painting and ceramic tile to building a fire place with custom mantle ad tile all work was top quality at no time were any short cuts taken I highly reccomend Forintino Design

Remodeling Permits in Hoschton

For homes inside city limits, the City of Hoschton Building Department at City Hall on City Square issues building permits, and every application goes through the city’s CitizenServe online portal. The city has adopted the updated Georgia construction codes that took effect on January 1, 2025. Homes with a Hoschton address in unincorporated Jackson County are permitted by Jackson County Public Development in Jefferson instead.

We pull the permits and schedule the inspections for every project, so you don’t have to.
